Previn is a seasoned litigator, counselor and M&A Advisor with over two decades of experience counseling small businesses and large corporations on asset protection, litigation matters, insurance coverage, business transactions, real estate transactions, and intellectual property issues.   Previn also serves as "Of Counsel" to Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm, assisting them on select litigation matters and is the Director of M&A Advisory Services for the Los Angeles Offices of CrossRoads Business Brokers.
